Guess what today is! Any ideas? No? Well today is ARTSY THURSDAY!!! YAY! So the art of today is a piece that I did for my other cultures homework for GCSE Art.
I'm doing Chinese, I love the dragons and the calligraphy, and for one of my animal motif projects I drew a dragon.
I drew it first in pencil, drawing every individual scale, then painted it, and may I say that this picture was the most agonisingly frustrating thing I've ever done!
It took me at least an hour or two to draw it, then another couple hours to paint it! Obviously I was being careful and concentrating, which we all know isn't my strong point, but I managed to produce this.
May I say, it's not too bad compared to my first attempts, so...here comes the question, I want to see some of your artwork! Even if you just drew a tree, it'll still be cool!
